: (1) When an educational institution submits an application for financial support for library strengthening before the Commission, it must present details such as the status of the campus, the number of students and the actual status of the library.
(2) If the commission deems it appropriate, it can also provide financial support for the purchase of additional books or materials for keeping books in the library.
(3) If the Commission deems it appropriate, it may purchase books and make them available.
(4) The Commission will provide financial support for computers and other equipment if deemed appropriate.
